Leica QWin Standard
Leica QWin Standard includes all of the features of QWin Lite and Plus. It also includes Leica QUIPS, an interactive programming language that is used to create macro sequences for routine operation entirely within the Leica QWin environment. Each dialog creates at least one instruction, which when executed by running a routine, performs the function of the dialog automatically. Programming flexibility is maintained by the inclusion of traditional instructions such as loops and arithmetic calculations.
QUIPS is a powerful macro facility with plain language instructions. A QUIPS routine is a sequence of instructions that perform repetitive image analysis tasks, allowing Leica QWin to be customised to specific application needs. The routine is resident at the same time as the Leica QWin menus and switching between the programming and operation modes requires only a single mouse click.
