User may accidentally be holding coarse feed wheel while sectioning. The coarse feed wheel cannot rotate freely: Remove any obstruction. Internal mechanism (gear) may be defective: Open service call for replacement of coarse advance mechanism. The PCB control board may be faulty: Open service call to have the control board replaced.
