The Leica RM2245 Configuration 1 includes: precision orientation, quick clamping system for specimen holders, universal cassette clamp, knife holder base - without lateral displacement feature, knife holder E for low-profile disposable blades and storage tray. The Leica RM2245 is a semi-motorized rotary microtome equipped with a smooth-running handwheel. The RM2245 allows the sectioning of samples in two manual sectioning modes: rocking mode and conventional manual sectioning with full handwheel rotation.
