In the United States, Leica Microsystems has a staff of In-house and Field Service Engineers and a network of Authorized Service Dealers ready to respond to your needs. Leica Microsystems’ Technical Service team is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of support.

You can count on us to be responsive to your needs for prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service. Our team consists of highly-skilled, In-house Applications Support and Service Engineers as well as field-based Service Engineers who are factory trained and possess the most up-to-date skills to troubleshoot and repair Leica Microsystems instrumentation.

Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
Live support for applications assistance, troubleshooting and parts identification is only a phone call away.

Dispatch Administrators
Our regular business hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. But rest assured, Dispatch Administrators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to receive emergency service requests.

Service Contract Information and Quotes
Our on-site service offerings are the ideal protection for the investment that our Customers have made in their Leica equipment.

In-shop Service Repair
The best service program for facilities that elect not to have equipment repaired on-site, or where Leica does not offer on-site repair includes all labor and materials associated with providing remote service at Leica’s In-Shop Repair Service Center in Northbrook, Illinois. Leica provides a free service repair estimate. Just ship the equipment freight prepaid. When repairs are performed, return freight is free.

Upon request, Leica Microsystems provides an inspection checklist to satisfy internal and external quality audits.
