Prof. Enrico Gratton will discuss:
- Tracking of fluorescent particles in 3D to obtain the images of underlying structures with nanometer resolution.
- Extension of this method to obtain nanometer resolved images of complex biological structures through tracking by circular scanning.
- The basis of the method and examples of the structure of microvilli and other cell protrusions.
