There are different kind of trains from Frankfurt airport (railway station "Fernbahnhof", in the basement of the aiport Terminal 1) to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main station) which leave more or less once or twice per hour. There are either direct connections or a change at Mannheim Hauptbahnhof will be required. Total travel time: approx. 1 hour, depending on the speed of the train.
