- 5: Improvement of FCS measurements by application of lifetime filtering (FLCS) of cytosolic GalNacT2-GFP in HeLa cells. Signal artifacts by stray light, autofluorescence or detector afterpulsing are removed. By this new method, correlation parameters are much more reliable even in difficult and weakly stained samples.
