Tissue Microarray Workflow Solution - OpTMA

Tissue Microarray Workflow Solution OpTMA

Increase throughput and reduce errors in Tissue Microarray Translational Research

OpTMA is the complete Tissue Microarray (TMA) workflow plug-in module for Digital Image Hub. Increase TMA throughput and significantly reduce project turnaround time with rapid workflows for both manual and automatic TMA analysis.

TMAs facilitate rapid biomarker identification and discovery across multiple samples on a single slide. This high throughput process generates vast amounts of data, which require specialist solutions for efficient and effective management. SlidePath OpTMA provides a powerful yet easy-to-use tool for your TMA needs.

Your Advantages

High throughput – Low effort Reduce errors

High throughput – Low effort

This simple, but powerful 3 step process significantly increases TMA throughput and is as easy as 1-2-3.

  1. Upload your map in Excel or .csv format
  2. Submit your slides to dearray
  3. Approve the slide

Reduce errors

TMA analysis is traditionally associated with a level of error caused by misidentification of cores and the large amount of data generated per slide.

Correct identification of cores and integrated scoring forms significantly reduces errors inherently associated with microscope-based TMA review.

Automatic identification of cores

The dearray process rapidly identifies and annotates individual cores on your TMAs.  Flexible enough to cope with skewed TMAs, missing cores and bubbles, OpTMA can be used with TMAs of all shapes & sizes.

Any off-set cores can be easily realigned on an individual core basis without awkward grid or net structures.

Image and Data Analysis options

Easily customize scoring forms for rapid manual review or further extend the capacity of the system with Tissue IA for automated quantitative research image analysis.

Powerful multi-parametric search capabilities enable you to retrieve data across multiple slides & biomarkers, which can be exported with one click in Excel or .csv format for further statistical analysis.
