Low temperature sectioning system for biological and industrial samples at temperatures as low as -185°C.
The Leica EM FCS fits onto the Ultracut UCT, Ultracut R and Ultracut S becoming an integral part of the instrument. Sections can be made on either glass or diamond knives, the knife holder accommodating both plus a trimming tool.
