Fluorescence Microscope System for High-speed Image Acquisition and Ratio Imaging Leica AF6500

The Leica AF6500 fluorescence microscope system is ideal for ultra-fast 2D time-lapse experiments and ratio imaging.
Leica Microsystems’ upright and inverted microscopes are the ideal system platforms. The ratio imaging function measures concentrations of second messenger substances such as Ca2+ at high-resolution over long time periods.
The system is also ideal for observing cellular processes such as exocytosis, transport processes within the cytoskeleton, and membrane fusions.
