The Leica QDecarburization, a digital image analysis application available as a single module or as part of the Leica QMetals suite, performs interactive or automated depth or width measurements of partial or complete decarburization averaged over a defined region. The intuitive application wizard guides the user in a workflow-oriented sequence through defining essential settings such as international standards ASTME 1077-91or ISO 3887. All settings can be stored for easy, automated, reproducible results, which increases throughput and decrease errors.
