Leica QPhase, a single module or part of Leica QMetals suite, performs automatic, multiple phase area percentage measurement and analysis. The intuitive wizard guides the user through the setup parameters and analysis process.
Leica QPhase identifies each phase by contrast or multiple phases by colored overlays and automatically calculates the area percentage.
The results database conveniently reports and displays phase analysis in easy to configure formats such as graphs, charts or for more advanced analysis of anisotropy, as intercepts or feature counts.
