Fast fourier transform optional soft module easily performs cross correlation Leica QFFT

Leica QFFT

The Leica QFFT, optional software module available for Leica QWin, performs forward and inverse fast Fourier transformations on samples features, which are not apparent on first inspection for applications such as metrology, strain analysis and documentation authentication.

Data of transformed images may undergo cross correlation or convolution with any size kernel. The user may perform complex convolution filters such as high pass, low pass, band pass and notch pass filters, especially for required large kernel analysis.

Leica QFFT is included with Leica QWin Standard and QWin Pro.
