Leica's new DM4000 and DM5000 microscopes offer a number of optimized features, some allowing scientists to perform more advanced examinations and others designed to make work more convenient and comfortable. The microscopes can be operated quickly and easily. This will please the growing number of multi-talented scientists for whom the microscope is only one of many tools employed. New technical equipment has been designed to treat specimens as gently as possible (particularly important for living cells).
