Vienna, Austria. Leica Mikrosysteme GmbH deserves its victory in this year's ALC "Austria’s Leading Companies" in the "Golden Middle" category: Revenue and operating profit their 90 employees reached during the past three years were outstanding. The company is the leading ultramicrotome manufacturer all around the globe.
The satisfaction felt by Stefan David, Managing Director of Leica Mikrosysteme GmbH, was very apparent as he received the prize - an exclusive work of art by the up-and-coming young Viennese artist Berenice Darrer. The award was presented by Chamber of Commerce President Christoph Leitl during this year's closing gala in the city hall of Vienna.
