Frankfurt is the nearest airport to Nussloch. The distance to our offices is approx. 90 km (1 -1,30 hrs travel time).
By Train
There are different kind of trains from Frankfurt airport (railway station "Fernbahnhof", in the basement of the aiport Terminal 1) to Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (main station) which leave more or less once or twice per hour. There are either direct connections or a change at Mannheim Hauptbahnhof will be required. Total travel time: approx. 1 hour, depending on the speed of the train.

By Lufthansa Airport Bus
The Lufthansa airport bus offers numerous daily connections between 05:30 until 22:30 h and brings you to directly to Heidelberg. The bus leaves from Terminal 1, Hall B, the arrival area in front of the Meeting Point. Should you arrive in Terminal 2, you can easily change to Terminal 1 using the Sky Line shuttle train. The stop in Heidelberg is at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Kurfürstenanlage 1 (downtown Heidelberg). Since February 2006, a seat reservation is necessary. You can use this bus shuttle independent from the airline you use. The price for a one way ticket is 18 Euro, the round trip amounts to 32 Euro (only with valid Lufthansa ticket) and is payable in cash to the bus driver. If you use another airline the rates are: 20 Euro one way / 36 Euro round trip. For reservations, please contact Leica Microsystems Nussloch GmbH by advising your flight itinerary. By Taxi pick-up service
We can order a taxi to pick you up at the Meeting Points in Frankfurt airport. The rate of approx. 76 Euro (in cash) is payable to the driver. The driver awaits you at the Meeting Point of the Terminal where you arrive. Please wait there, he will approach you with a Leica Microsystems sign or your name.
