ICSI - Intracytoplasmic sperm injection

ICSI is one advanced method of In Vitro Fertilisation. Aim of this method is to inject one sperm cell into a oocyte.
The instruments used are: an inverted microscope and two micromanipulaters. One manipulater holds the oocyte and the other injects the sperm.
Leica offers a number of various configurations of microscopes and manipulator types. Among this the Leica micromanipulation system AM6000 offers unique integration of microscope and manipulator.
