Date: July 7th
Time: 14:00-17:00 CET

We invite you to join the next virtual edition of our See the Hidden Workshop Series*, where we will examine some of the emerging microscopy techniques being used to study cells within a spatial 2D and 3D context.

This online event, featuring live panelists, will discuss new technologies and approaches that leverage fluorescence multiplexing and spatial omics to address spatial cell biology.

Our program includes scientific talks from Dr. Ronald N. Germain (NIH) and Dr. Berta Cillero-Pastor (Maastricht University), discussing how specialized microscopy approaches contribute to their spatial biology research. We’ll also take a closer look at different aspects of the microscopy workflows that can be used to interrogate biological pathways and provide greater knowledge for translational research.

The program centers around four specific areas in microscopy:

  • Widefield multiplexing
  • Single-cell/tissue microdissection
  • High-resolution confocal microscopy
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based analysis.

We will continue to address the theme of advanced microscopy techniques for spatial biology later in the year – so don’t miss this opportunity to join us for part 1!

Join us live to put your questions to the experts and get involved in the discussions.

We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting event.

* Please note this workshop is only available to people located in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
