FLCS – Advances in Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy

One of the most common methods is Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy ( FCS ), which can be used to examine the dynamics and concentration of  fluorescent molecules in solution. This article describes a measuring technique that combines the classic FCS measurement with time-correlated single photon counting to obtain more precise and reliable results.
