Dr. Karin Schwab studied geology in Würzburg and biology in Karlsruhe, Germany. She holds a PhD in Cell Biology and worked as post-doc at the German Cancer Research Institute (DKFZ) in Heidelberg, Germany, with research stays in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Columbia University, New York, USA.
