TauSTED, with low photon budget and the fast detection scheme in our STELLARIS confocal platform, enables the tracking of highly dynamic processes in live cells. We can see in this example the dynamics of the cytoskeleton and membrane vesicles. 

Two-color, live-cell low power TauSTED 775;  cytoskeleton (SPY-620 tubulin, glow) and vesicles (WGA-594, cyan). Scale bar, 5 and 2 μm while zoomed in. Fast dynamics captured at 1 frame/s. Montage shows a selection of time points from the inset; TrackMate Fiji plugin* traces three individual vesicles (red, green and blue). SPY probes available from Spirochrome.
