개요

Leica RM2235는 파라핀으로 포매된 biological 표본을 수동 절편하도록 설계된 견고한 마이크로톰입니다. 마이크로톰의 유지보수가 거의 필요없고 backlash-free의 precision micrometer feed system은 단단한 표본을 절편시에도 동일한 두께의 절편 품질을 보증합니다.

RM2235는 일반적인 파라핀 절편용 뿐만 아니라 단단한 재질도 절편할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 자석으로 장착되는 넓은 section waste tray가 컴팩트한 디자인으로 설계돼 있고, 인체공학적으로 설계된 핸들과 간편하게 잠글 수 있는 장치가 장착된 handwheel은 사용자가 조절 가능하도록 force compensation system으로 돼 있어서 매우 부드럽게 작동합니다.

coarse feed wheel 및 trimming function (10 / 30 µm)이 사용자가 피로감 없이 작업할 수 있도록 사용자 가까이에 위치해 있습니다. 70mm stroke로 인해서 표본 교환시에 사용자의 안전성과 편의성이 강조되었습니다. 절편두께 설정은 1 과 60 µm이며, 특허 등록된 retraction 기능은 켜거나(60 µm ) 끌 수 있습니다. 내장된 안전장치 및 좌우 이동장치가 있는 새로운 Disposable blade holder가 있어서 높은 품질의 절편을 만들 수 있고, 커다란 검정색 pressure plate가 있어서 칼날의 전면을 사용할 수 있도록 합니다. histology cassette의 폭에 맞춘 3개의 미리 설정된 stop position이 있습니다.
