Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy Leica TCS SMD FCS
The Leica TCS SMD FCS system is part of the Leica TCS SMD Series.
The system acquires and analyzes FCS and FCCS (Fluorescence Cross-Correlation Spectroscopy) data. Both methods focus on quantitative analysis of transport and binding processes, in vitro as well as in vivo.
The SMD FCS wizard optimizes FCS and FCCS measurement conditions and allows the setup of complex FCS and FCCS time series at multiple measurement positions.
