Digital Color Camera for fast Acquisition of high-Quality Transmitted light and Fluorescence Images Leica DFC310 FX

The Leica DFC310 FX 1.4-megapixel digital color camera is designed for demanding transmitted light and fluorescence applications in cell biology, developmental biology, and medicine.

The camera’s Peltier cooling of the sensor elements creates noise-free images even at the lowest light intensities. Various acquisition modes, such as binning, allow precise monitoring of fast dynamic processes in live cells up to 71 frames per second.

The Leica DFC310 FX is ideal for documenting GFP-expressing or vital-stained micro and macro specimens. The white balance option provides the highest color fidelity for even the most difficult to image stained histological sections.

Documenting fast dynamic cellular processes is easy with the Leica DFC310 FX digital color camera.
