Leica LAS AF 3D Visualization
True 3D Real-time Rendering with GPU-based Processing
The Leica Application Suite Advanced Fluorescence (LAS AF) software module visualizes samples in three dimensions. It offers a wide variety of...
LAS AF can be combined with inverted and upright research microscopes, stereo and fixed stage microscopes, macroscopes and clinical routine microscopes to a fully integrated AF6000 widefield imaging system.
The modular structure of LAS AF for widefield systems allows to combine the core software with exactly what is needed for your experiments: multi channel acquisition, timelapse, z-control and autofocus, mark and find, stitching or additional camera drivers.

The Control Software for Leica TCS SP8 already contains all basic tools necessary for advanced imaging application with the confocal system.
To take full advantage of the spectral imaging possibilities of the Leica TCS SP8, it can be extended by the Dye Finder package.
To extend the range of applications for both widefield and confocal systems, optional packages are offered for Colocalization Analysis, Calcium Imaging, Electrophysiology, Triggering and complex timelapse experiments, FRET, photobleaching, 3D Visualization with real time rendering, Deconvolution.
All application, processing and quantification modules are identical for all platforms and are fully integrated into LAS AF for fast handling and visualization of large data sets.

Red, Alexa Fluor© 568 phalloidin, stains filamentous actin in glomeruli and the brush border; green, Alexa Fluor© 488 wheat germ agglutinin, a lectin to label membranous structures of the glomeruli and convoluted tubes; blue, DAPI, stains the nuclei of the cells.
The combination of high-resolution true confocal point scanning technology or integrated AF6000 widefield systems with the ingenious Leica HSC A automation software for the first time offers high content screening on research microscopes.
Run more experiments in less time and save costs. Obtain more research information and statistically relevant data.
Leica HCS A provides great flexibility for individual experiments and unbiased image acquisition. It ensures the necessary freedom demanded by high throughput research.
Take full advantage of your acquisition system by reviewing the experiment in your office. This will free the imaging system for further experiments.
