The K8 is a cooled 4.2 MP sCMOS camera with a 95% peak quantum efficiency (QE) offering up to 95 frames per second acquisition speed at full resolution, with an extremely low read noise (1 e- median). Based on cutting-edge Gpixel scientific CMOS sensor technology with a pixel size of 6.5 µm (18.8 mm sensor diagonal) and an extended dynamic range of 25000:1, this monochrome fluorescence camera is perfectly suited for demanding fluorescence applications.
