Redox-Label
With ATTO MB2 ATTO-TEC offers a derivative of the well-known redox-dye Methylene Blue. The dye can be reduced easily to its colorless leuko-form. Upon oxidation, e.g. with oxygen, the absorption of the dye is fully restored.
ATTO MB2 is available in the modifications NHS-ester and maleimide for coupling to amino- or thiol-groups and the dye azide and alkyne for "click chemistry". Furthermore, we offer dye conjugates of streptavidin, biotin and phalloidin.
