ATTO 576H is a fluorescent marker from the class of rhodamines. As ahydrophilic alternative to ATTO Rho12, the dye shows very good water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency to non-specific binding. ATTO 576H possesses strong absorption, a very high fluorescence quantum yield, and high thermal and photochemical stability. The dye is therefore ideal for use in single-molecule detection and high-resolution microscopy (SIM, STED, etc.). ATTO 576H is an anionic dye. After coupling to a substrate, it is singly negatively charged. ATTO 576H is a mixture of three isomers with virtually identical absorption and fluorescence properties. Efficient fluorescence excitation occurs in the 550–585 nm range.

ATTO 576H

ATTO 553H is a fluorescent marker from the rhodamine class. As a hydrophilic alternative to ATTO 550, the dye exhibits excellent water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency toward nonspecific binding and aggregation. Like ATTO 550, ATTO 553H also exhibits strong absorption, very high fluorescence quantum yield, and high thermal and photochemical stability. The dye is therefore ideal for use in single-molecule detection and high-resolution microscopy (SIM, STED, etc.). ATTO 553H is an anionic dye. After coupling to a substrate, it is singly negatively charged. In contrast to ATTO 550 , ATTO 553H is present in isomerically pure form. Efficient fluorescence excitation occurs in the 540–565 nm range.
