ATTO 584H is a fluorescent marker from the rhodamine class. As a hydrophilic alternative to ATTO Rho101, the dye exhibits excellent water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency toward nonspecific binding.

ATTO 584H is a fluorescent marker from the rhodamine class. As a hydrophilic alternative to ATTO Rho101, the dye exhibits excellent water solubility and a significantly reduced tendency toward nonspecific binding. ATTO 584H possesses strong absorption, a very high fluorescence quantum yield, and high thermal and photochemical stability. The dye is therefore ideal for use in single-molecule detection and high-resolution microscopy (SIM, STED, etc.). ATTO 584H is an anionic dye. After coupling to a substrate, it is singly negatively charged. Efficient fluorescence excitation occurs in the 570–600 nm range.
