ATTOConexa Kits
ATTOConexa Antibody Conjugation Kits allow robust and efficient conjugation of the included oligonucleotide barcode to a carrier- and azide-free IgG antibody. ATTOConexa conjugation chemistry yields antibody oligonucleotide conjugates (AOCs) with a reproducible degree-of-labeling (DOL).
Combining ATTOConexa Kits enables the creation custom panels for immunofluorescence and multiplex experiments or extending existing ATTOApollo Panels by adding customs cycles. The barcoded antibodies and ATTOIrida label support cyclic imaging workflows with marker cycling and enzymatic erasure of the fluorescent labels using DNase I. The antibodies must be reapplied separately for each cycle.
ATTOConexa Kits come in two variants.
- “ATTOConexa Kits with UAI” use unique antibody identifier barcodes and ATTOAdapt to map an antibody barcode to a specific color.
- “ATTOConexa without UAI” use color specific antibody barcodes.
