ATTOApollo Panel Kits
ATTOApollo Panels are predefined kits containing a specific selection of validated pre-conjugated antibodies for spatial proteomics. The kits include ATTOIrida labels for each antibody with specific fluorescent color to match certain instruments or workflows.
DAPI is used for the alignment channel in cyclic imaging experiments. DAPI is not included in the kit. Individual ATTOApollo Kits can be used in combination to build cyclic multiplex experiment. DNAse I is required for cyclic multiplex workflow and needs to be purchased separately. Custom multiplex rounds can be added with “ATTOConexa Kits with UAI”.
