Microscopi e nanoscopi a super risoluzione

Microscopi e nanoscopi a super risoluzione superano il limite di diffrazione della luce e permettono ai ricercatori di studiare le strutture subcellulari in modo più dettagliato rispetto a quanto realizzato con un microscopio confocale standard. Con la possibilità di risoluzioni fino a 30 nm con STED e sub-cellulare dinamica può essere studiato su scala nanometrica. L' analisi della colocalizzazione subdiffrazione rivela le interazioni dettagli senza precedenti.
